The first full-length album by Urban Sound Guerilla sports jazzy breakbeats. If you are looking for cool nightgrooves, give it a spin. You will hear a lot of brushed snare, acoustic bass and piano but also some weird electronic sounds.
While the most tracks are in easily danceable 4/4 time, one is in jazzy 6/8, one in 5/4, and one even in 7/4 time.
Most tracks are based on jazzy chord progressions but two are modal. They both alternate between two pentatonic scales.
